One time per week/4 lessons - Cost $80.00 per month

Two times per week/8 lessons - Cost $128.00 per month

(that's $15.00 per class for eight lessons - Save $42.00 for the session!)

Classes are ongoing and billed on a monthly basis.

CLASSES OFFERED AT THE STUDIO:

Tuesday

In this popular fitness class you will do an active warmup with basic standing and floor stretches, calisthenics and strengthening exercises. A well balanced class teaching all three of the components of fitness. (aerobics, strengthening and stretching exercise) The benefits are unlimited and you will increase your strength, flexibility, balance and energy! Signup with your friends, get a great workout, burn some calories and have fun!

Note: Bring a water bottle, wear workout clothes and sneakers suggested.

This active and energized dance class is the perfect combination class where “Variety is the spice of life!” Learn basic Jazz moves, steps and routines to upbeat music. Latin dances and steps will inspire you to move and groove to the rhythm and beat of the ChaCha, Salsa, Jive, Samba and more. Get a great workout while having fun with others!

Note: Bring a water bottle, wear workout clothes or dance attire, sneakers or Jazz dance shoes suggested.

Wednesday

The best of both worlds! In this combination dance class you will learn basic Ballet positions, steps and choreography. Let’s get active with some Jazz dance basic steps like Jazz squares, ball changes, chasse’s , turns, fun dance steps and combinations. An active warmup and cool down will be included.  Great lively music to dance to while having so much fun!
