The Spring Session starts the week of March 16th, 2020 and continues on a monthly basis (no classes on holidays). Signup for four lessons (monthly) and pay only $80. Or purchase eight lessons for two months and pay only $120 (a savings of $20 on classes!)

Beginner Ballet and Creative Movement class

This wonderful graceful and calming dance class will relax you while you learn Basic Ballet steps and routines. Come dance with scarves and streamers to beautiful classical Ballet music. A great class for you whether you were a ballerina or always wanted to learn Ballet.

Stretchercise

In this popular fitness class you will do basic stretches, warmup exercise, calisthenics and strengthening. A well balanced class teaching all three of the components of fitness, Aerobics strengthening and stretching exercise. The benefits are unlimited you will increase your strength, flexibility, balance and energy. Sign-up with your friend and have some serious fun!

Jazzdance – “Dancing through the Decades”

This fun and energized dance class for Adults will be a combination of exercise warmups, stretches, dance steps and routines. Relive the decades and learn the most popular and fun dances of those times. Shimmey and shake, twist and shout while dancing your heart out! Come and join this class with your friends. Get great exercise while having the time of your life! Also offered in the evening!

Relive the decades and learn the most popular and fun dances of those times. Shimmey and shake, twist and shout while dancing your heart out! Come and join this class with your friends. Seated Chair exercise class

An effective and fun whole body, head to toe workout class, includes movements designed to increase mobility support, cardio fitness, improve muscular strength and expand flexibility. The best chair exercise for Seniors. Great lively music, do the Macarena, twist and more! Move with scarves and therobands. With regular training these chair exercises can have significant input on your health and happiness!
